Mike Pingleton

Mike Pingleton is renowned for his extensive work in herpetology, authoring "The Redfoot Manual" on the care of South American red-footed tortoises and contributing to publications like Herp Nation. His expertise extends to serving on the World Chelonian Trust's board and managing HerpMapper, a global citizen science project in herpetological data collection. Mike's book, "The Field Herping Guide," explores finding amphibians and reptiles in the wild, complemented by his podcast "So Much Pingle," where he interviews leading herpetologists.
